Welcome to A-1 Chimney Maintenance. Let me take a moment to tell you a little about us. We have been servicing chimneys in Blount, Knox and the surrounding counties for over 15 years.
My philosophy for doing this is to treat each person with respect and treat everyone the way I would like to be treated. If we are going to be late, we will call and let you know. We leave your house as clean as it was when we arrived. We do not change prices in the fall just so we can make more money. An we do not use sub contractors just so we can clean more chimneys as some of our competitors do.
I feel that training and experience is very necessary and you cannot learn all you need with just a week or two of training or even a year of training. I personally go on every call and have over 16 years experience in cleaning and repairing chimneys. My assistant has over 10 years experience.
We treat each and everyone the same, no matter how large or small the job is. Our goal is for your chimney to be safe and for your complete satisfaction. We are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and we intend on keeping it that way!
Thank you for your time and consideration and always remember to practice chimney safety, "Because it's where you live!"
